Refund policy

Returns: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Faulty items: All our products come with a 3-month warranty. If your item is faulty, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
